Procedure and deadlines

We welcome applications from mid-October onward

PPLE College is a selective programme with an intake of 200 students per year. As we receive more applications than spots available, admission to PPLE College is not guaranteed. Though, if you are a talented and motivated student we encourage you to apply!

The admissions procedure involves three rounds:

  1. Submit the application form and upload transcripts, personal statement and CV
  2. Essay, study plan and financial plan
  3. Interview (skype)

You can find more information on the different steps, instructions for the personal statement and CV, and the admissions requirements on the left.

Important application instructions

Please give special attention to the entry requirements to PPLE College as these are different to the rest of the University of Amsterdam and to the PPLE specific instructions for the personal statement and CV. More information can be found in the FAQ.

PPLE College will start accepting applications that are submitted via the MyInfo portal from mid-October onward. Please note that just submitting an enrolment request via Studielink is not sufficient. Only complete applications, including all required documents and a personal statement and CV submitted via the MyInfo portal before the deadline can be taken into consideration by the PPLE Selection Committee.

Do you want to know when you can expect to hear from us or when the essay and/or interview round are scheduled? Go to key dates.

Important: PPLE College does not accept late applications. Due to the recent Covid-19 outbreak some programs extended their application deadlines. This does not apply to selective programs and numerus fixus programs. You can no longer submit an application for the September 2020 intake.

We begin accepting applications again in October 2020 for the September 2021 intake.
